TRADE TERMS

The fine print, in plain words

Minimum order value

₹25,000 per dispatch. Individual design MOQs start at 5 pieces for chandeliers and 25 bunches for flowers.

Payment terms

50% advance to block stock, balance before dispatch. NEFT, RTGS and UPI accepted. Credit terms available for distributor tier on approval.

Lead time

In-stock lines dispatch within 48 working hours. Custom colours and imports take 3–5 weeks.

Freight & packing

Goods are packed in transport-safe crates. Freight is at buyer's account; we hand over to your transporter or arrange one on request.

Damages & returns

Transit damages must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Verified breakages are replaced free on your next dispatch.

Documentation

GST invoice, e-way bill and packing list are issued with every consignment.
