All of our life-like floral products featured on ginnibloom.com are artificial.

2.Are your flowers really silk?
Although artificial flowers and plants are commonly referred to as “silk flowers”, the materials used to design our life-like silk flower arrangements and artificial plants vary by style and cover a wide range of synthetic, latex and other materials.

3.How are your arrangements and plants packaged?
We pride ourselves on ensuring that your product will arrive in perfect condition ready for immediate enjoyment. We expertly package every item using our proprietary packaging methods to not only prevent damage but also so that you just open the box and place the item in the intended location.

4.How are your arrangements and plants shipped?
A majority of our items are shipped via premium shipping carriers such as FedEx, First Flight Couriers and others.

5.How do I clean and maintain my silk flower arrangements and plants?

Ginnibloom plants require very little maintenance. Feather dust or vacuum clean periodically as part of normal home or office cleaning and apply Silk flower & Plant Cleaner to floral arrangements on a quarterly basis. You may also wash the flowers and plants once in six months or as required.

6.Can I send Ginnibloom.com products as gifts?
Yes, why send a gift that only lasts for only a few days when you can send a constant reminder of your love, appreciation and friendship? When sent as a gift, all Ginnibloom.com silk floral designs and plants arrive with a beautiful gift card with your personalized message. Ginnibloom products make for great gifts because they will not wilt and will constantly remind your loved ones about you!

7.How can I pay for GinniBloom products?

Online:
You can pay at checkout using your debit/credit card. We are in process of launching the netbanking facility.

Offline:

8.What does CoD payment facility mean?
CoD stands for Cash on Delivery. This option is available and live with GinniBloom.com.
This payment option enables you to make place an order on our website and pay for it at time of delivery of the products. This option is for those customers who do not have the facility to pay by Credit / Debit card or Net Banking or any other online payment options enabled.

SHIPPING 

9. When will my ordered products arrive?

Your orders are generally shipped the next day (the day after Date of Order). Your products should reach you in :

Metro cities: 3-7 working days 
Tier 2 cities (Indore,Bhopal, Nagpur, Guwahati, Aurangabad etc.): 7-14 working days (from the date of dispatch).
Tier 3 cities: 10-14 working days. 

**Parcels to North-eastern states may take a little beyond 7 days to reach the destination.

10. Can't the products arrive faster?

All our orders are shipped through FedEx/ First Flight and other premium courier services. In case our customer wishes to receive the products at the earliest, we ship the products via priority service for a shipping fee. in such a case, the products are delivered the next day to Metro cities and within 3 days to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. *Cities in the North-East may receive the products a little late.
